We require all orders in writing by email. Orders must be placed by 3pm on the working day prior to the required catering delivery date. While we can sometimes accommodate orders after time, we do appreciate as much notice as possible and recommend early placement of orders to guarantee we can fulfil your requirements. All orders placed on the same day or the day prior to delivery date must be also rung through to the kitchen so they are brought to our immediate attention 098469620. Platters or hire which has been damaged or are unable to be collected will be charged for. Dietary requirements can be accommodated and and a surcharge may apply for these. Delivery Charges apply to all orders. Orders which are cancelled in whole or in part, especially within 24 hours of delivery, will attract a cancellation fee. All prices exclude GST.
